Shipping policy

After the user places an order, LTL delivery products need to be shipped within 7 working days, and will usually be delivered to the user's address in about 15 working days. Non-LTL delivery products will be shipped within 48 hours.

(Note: Due to high volume orders, festivals, natural disasters the delivery time may exceed)

Free product delivery is available in the following states:Alabama,American,Samoa,Arizona,Arkansas,California,Colorado,Connecticut,Delaware,Washington, D.C.,Micronesia,Florida,Georgia,Idaho,Illinois,Indiana,The state of Iowa,Kansas,Kentucky,Louisiana,Maine,Maryland,Massachusetts,Michigan,Minnesota,Mississippi,Missouri,Montana,Nebraska,Nevada,New Hampshire,New Jersey,New Mexico,New York,North Carolina,North Dakota,The Northern Mariana Islands,Ohio,Oklahoma,Oregon,Palau,Pennsylvania,Rhode Island,South Carolina,South Dakota,Tennessee,Texas,Utah,Vermont,Virginia,Washington State,West Virginia,The state of Wisconsin,Wyoming.

The following regions cannot be shipped:Puerto Rico,Alaska,Hawaii,Guam,Armed Forces America (military bases),Armed Forces (same i think?),Armed Forces Pacific.
